Terms and Conditions
1. Contest Host: Isprieth Academy
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 01, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. and ends on July 30, 2021, at 06:00 p.m. Isprieth Academy’s time clock is the official clock for this Contest.
3. Entry into the Contest
The art work must be the original work of the participant.
Uploaded image size should not exceed 10 Mb.
The uploaded image must not contain the following.
- Copyrighted material
- Threatening, offensive or abusive material.
4. Selection of Winners
All entries will be judged by the Judges. Selection of winners will be the sole responsibility of Isprieth Academy. Uttermost care will be taken in selecting the winners. No queries will be entertained regarding the selection process and details of judges. Shortlisted candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability in front of the camera.
5. Prizes
- Attractive Prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners at National Level in each category.
- Medals and Merit Certificates for the prize winners.
- Special Prizes. (If there are more than 500 entries in a category)
- All the participants will be awarded with the participation certificate(eCertificate). This will be emailed to participant’s registered email id.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
DELIVERY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED DUE TO INCOMPLETE COMMUNICATION ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PARTICIPANT.
6. Grant of Rights
Each participant/ participant’s parent or guardian unconditionally assigns and transfers all rights to Isprieth Academy. Isprieth Academy has the right to use, assign, modify, edit, adapt, dispose of, and electronically alter participant’s entry, including but not limited to, for moral rights, to appear in promotional and/or commercial materials, as well as to reproduce it, in whole or in part, without compensation or additional consent from participant/participant’s parent or guardian or any third party.
7. Limitations of Liability and Release
All eligible participants must have a valid email address. Isprieth Academy will not be held responsible for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Contest: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, mobile phone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed, or intercepted email transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestions on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an account used in connection with the contest. The worth of prize may be subject to the number of participants in each category. If the number of entries exceeds 500 in a category, special prizes also will be awarded to the participants of that category. The number of special prizes will be decided based on the number of entries. The decision of Isprieth Academy is final.
8. General
All disputes are subject to Uthamapalayam court jurisdiction. By participating, eligible participants agree to these official rules. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Isprieth Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest.
